Michael works with growth-stage businesses, mid-market firms and infrastructure-focused organisations across his four specialist sectors. His approach is direct, market-led and built on the understanding that the cost of a wrong hire is always higher than the cost of a thorough process.
He works with clients who value candour — a clear brief, honest market intelligence, and a recruiter who will tell them when what they are asking for does not exist at the salary they have in mind.
Roberta specialises in three sectors where culture fit, credentials and long-term retention define every placement. In law, real estate and healthcare, the right person changes the room — and Roberta understands what that looks like before the first candidate is approached.
She works with principals, managing partners and practice managers who want a recruiter who understands their world completely — the culture, the clients, and the standards the role demands.
